PP (polypropylene) or PPE PS30R (high-performance polypropylene)

Choose PPE material, as it offers superior impact resistance and low-temperature performance. Look for "pure raw materials" rather than recycled materials, as recycled materials are prone to brittleness and breakage.

Surface treatment

Frosted anti-slip material + dripping/curved strips

The anti-slip texture increases grip; the special slat design makes it easier for feces and urine to slide off, keeping the surface dry.

Thermal insulation

The thermal conductivity of plastics is much lower than that of steel and cement.

Newborn piglets have poor thermoregulation and require a ground temperature of about 30°C. Unlike cast iron, plastic flooring won't feel cold underfoot, effectively preventing piglets from getting chilled and developing diarrhea.

Hoof protection and anti-slip

The surface is smooth and burr-free, and features an anti-slip texture.

It protects piglets' tender limbs from scratches, preventing infections such as streptococcal disease from wounds; it also prevents piglets from slipping and twisting their legs.

Cleanliness and hygiene

Precisely sized manure-leaking holes (approximately 10-11mm) + smooth surface that prevents manure buildup.

Rapid separation of feces and urine reduces the chance of piglets coming into contact with pathogens, lowering the incidence of diseases such as yellow and white scours and coccidiosis. A high-pressure water gun ensures thorough cleaning with no blind spots.

Made from high-quality PP/PPE raw materials and reinforced structural design, a single rib can bear a load of over 200kg.

It can withstand accidental trampling by sows and prolonged activity by piglets, and is not easily broken or aged. It contains UV protectants for a long service life.
